In this role, you will be responsible for administrative support for the Senior Manager of Advocate Success for Poppy Seed Health. Success in this position will be measured by growing systems and tools to support the advocate experience.
Responsibilities include:
● Manage and improve program systems and data collection.
● Help build out the advocate network by screening advocates based on training, experience, and shared-values.
● Review advocate training documents and references.
● Track advocate onboarding information and support advocates with onboarding process
● Provide tech support to advocates when requested
● Assist with facilitation of advocate events (track attendance and host PM events)
● Track Poppy Petals Program
● Slack admin
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in health administration, community-based organizations, and/or people operations.
● Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
● Self-sufficient, self-starter with proven success taking ownership of programs/projects.
● Comfortable working in a start-up environment.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● You’re excited to build frameworks and use data to discover patterns, celebrate success, and strategize for the future.

We're looking for a Director of Growth Strategy & Operations to play a key role in making the experience seamless for our B2B2C members and partners. Our partners consist of strategic employers, payers, health systems and channel partners. You will own the strategy & operations process for the member experience for upcoming partnerships, while working closely with our engineering and advocate success team.
This role is for someone who loves to dive into the details, has a passion for inclusivity, and can balance autonomy and teamwork as part of their success.
Responsibilities include:
● Plan and monitor the day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth progress
● Evaluate overall business performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
● Own the reporting for new and existing partners.
● Execute on support strategy and internal operations across the company
● Work closely with partnerships team to evaluate clinical and payer partnerships and performance metrics
● Manage relationships and agreements with external partners and vendors
● Work closely with the marketing, business development, product and sales team to optimize supply and demand funnels
● Maintain a deep understanding of market opportunities, trends, emerging member and advocate needs, and the competitive landscape
Preferred Qualifications:
● You've worked in operations and strategy for at least 2 years at a growth stage companies
● Excellent communication skills
● Strong analytical skills
● Prior experience with data analysis and analytics tools is a must
● A stellar sense of empathy

In this role, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining our health plan partnerships and building relationships with both regional and national health plans. This role will be responsible for operationally launching new channel partnerships and optimizing how Poppy Seed Health serves our existing partners.
Responsibilities include:
● Develop strong, trusted relationships with the health plan product and operations team and serve as the primary point of contact
● Drive productive client meetings while proactively anticipating client needs and milestones specific to the employer benefits and health plan industry
● Deliver on partnership requests, regular reporting, performance analysis, and troubleshooting needs
● Identify and unblock operational, clinical, and administrative obstacles to achieve health plan enrollment and revenue goals
● Leverage and share operational knowledge to build and manage new processes and dashboards that efficiently drive partner success
● Partner with key health plan stakeholders to enable and track success measurement and enrollment strategies for fully insured plans
● Conduct product and workflow trainings of channel partner teams, as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
● 4+ years of experience, with a strong background in healthcare and/or benefits
● Experience in large-scale customer relationship management, with demonstrated success in partnering with clients to achieve their goals and in retaining and growing relationships
● Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional projects
● Comfort with ambiguity and ability to succeed while working under pressure in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
